The MCA Organization is a business friendly competition, honoring corporate professionals, business leaders and CEOs. Our unique platform gives professional women a national stage to promote themselves, highlight their company and serve their community.
Throughout this journey, we promote self-development by helping contestants enhance self-confidence, strengthen leadership skills, and accomplish personal and professional goals, while also establishing lasting friendships with other professional women.
During the national competition, the “MCA Award” shall be presented to the woman in the preceding year that was extraordinary; in which, extraordinary is defined as remarkable and unusual, and whereby, the woman who wins the “MCA Award” will not only have produced remarkable results; but, will also have unusual accomplishments as compared to her peers.

Alethia is a compelling thought leader who champions the success of women’s personal and professional empowerment, providing opportunities to use their gifts, talents, and voice. In line with her unyielding passion for helping women succeed, Alethia founded Jolease Enterprises, which offers strategies for reinvention by overcoming self-limiting thoughts, doubt, and fear. She is also the host Leveling up the Podcast. The show focuses on topics that impact her community to include finance, health, faith, career and lifestyle.
Alethia is the leading authority on igniting personal empowerment and creating environments that foster success. She founded two community initiatives called The Journey Society and Journey Shares, women-based communities dedicated to supporting, strengthening, elevating, and helping one another to thrive. As an influential figure, she serves as the visionary of two anthologies and an Amazon #1 bestselling author of five books: 50 Things I've Learned on My Way to 50, Women Crushing Mediocrity, Speaking My Truth, Daddy’s Girl and Reinvented to Rise Volumes I and II, and Daddy’s Girls.
Alethia has added producer to her accomplishments as the producer of a documentary entitled Reinvented to Rise, Volume II. The film chronicles the journey of the eight authors of the book by the same title. It highlights the authors’ experiences and provides their insight on what is required to reinvent to improve life personally and professionally.
Recognized as a well-known fixture in her community, Alethia participates in several volunteer projects, including supporting the homeless, student scholarship fundraising, church youth groups, and organizations which focus on enrichment programs for young ladies.

The Story
Since the early 1960s, women have worked hard to climb the corporate ladder or build their own business. Their roles have merged from homemakers and custodians to executive CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. The enduring strength and determination of women has provided an outlet for today’s women to excel in any industry. A woman’s evolution into the mainstream corporate world has led to the renaissance of the Ms. Corporate America Competition. The introduction of this platform has made her-story and created a mark that can never be erased.
